Job Description
**Job title:** Client Services Account Manager **Role Summary:** Client‑facing account manager responsible for the full commercial lifecycle of SME clients, including contract launch, onboarding, usage analytics, renewal negotiations and cross‑sell opportunities. Acts as an internal liaison between clients and Strategic Account Managers (SAMs), driving service adoption and retention across Mental Health, Virtual GP, and Allied Health solutions. **Expectations:** - Maintain >95 % renewal rate with proactive risk mitigation. - Deliver accurate, daily renewal and usage reports. - Represent the business professionally in all client interactions. - Manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced, flexible environment. **Key Responsibilities:** 1. Coordinate GP & Mental Health contract launches (access codes, domain setup, phone links). 2. Serve as secondary client point of contact, ensuring timely responses. 3. Obtain required documents and conduct due‑diligence on contracts. 4. Attend virtual or in‑person wellbeing events as requested. 5. Report patient headcounts to finance and manage portfolio of mental health, GP, and occupational health clients. 6. Proactively manage relationships to meet contract retention and renewal targets. 7. Negotiate renewals, pursuing upsell/cross‑sell of additional services (training, psych support, critical incident care). 8. Maintain high‑quality customer service across written, phone and face‑to‑face channels. 9.
