Job Description

**Job Title:** Data Programme Director **Role Summary:** Lead global data transformation initiatives to establish enterprise-wide data capabilities, including platform development, master data management (MDM), and reporting. Align with strategic goals, manage vendor relationships, and ensure governance standards. **Expectations:** Proven leadership in end-to-end data transformation for global product-based organizations. Experience with cloud technologies, scalable data infrastructure, and cross-functional stakeholder collaboration. Matrixed environment expertise required. **Key Responsibilities:** - Direct global data platform and MDM framework implementation. - Oversee enterprise data governance, quality, and consistency. - Coordinate with senior business/IT stakeholders globally. - Manage vendor partnerships for program execution. - Deliver data reporting/BI solutions aligned with business objectives. **Required Skills:** - Advanced expertise in data platforms, MDM, and BI/reporting tools. - Strategic vendor and stakeholder management. - End-to-end program leadership in complex, international settings. - Cloud technology implementation experience (specific tools unlisted). - Strong analytical and cross-cultural collaboration abilities. **Required Education & Certifications:** Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field. PMP/PRINCE2 certification preferred.
