Job Description
Job title: Senior Territory Account Manager (BELUX) Role Summary: Drive new business growth and manage strategic customer relationships for Unified Communications (UC) and Customer Experience (CX) solutions in Belgium & Luxembourg. Lead the full sales cycle—prospecting, proposal, negotiation, and delivery—within an indirect Go‑To‑Market (GTM) model that relies on channel partners and distributors. Expectations: - Consistently meet or exceed sales revenue targets and growth quotas. - Maintain an accurate, up‑to‑date pipeline and forecast in Salesforce. - Build a strong network of senior‑level contacts and act as a trusted advisor. - Travel 50%+ across BELUX to support account management and deal closure. - Collaborate seamlessly with Pre‑Sales Engineering, Operations, and regional teams to deliver customer solutions. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute new‑business strategy targeting new logo acquisition in midsize and large enterprise accounts. - Identify, qualify, and close complex UC/CX opportunities, including hardware, software, services, and subscription models. - Partner with channel partners/distributors to co‑create and implement joint sales plans. - Design and present compelling proposals to C‑level stakeholders, translating technical value into business outcomes. - Document all opportunities, activities, and forecasts in Salesforce; ensure organizational visibility and reporting. - Participate in regular product knowledge training and certification programs. Required Skills: - Fluency in Dutch, French, and English (written and spoken). - Proven track record of new‑business development and solution selling to C‑level executives. - Deep understanding of unified communications, VoIP, professional services, IP/SIP telephony architecture, and data networking principles. - Experience selling complex, high‑value solutions via an indirect channel model. - Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to simplify technical concepts for diverse audiences. - Self‑starter with excellent time‑management, ability to work independently in a hybrid setting. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and Salesforce.com for daily operations and reporting. - Willingness to travel extensively within the BELUX region.
