Job Description
**Job Title:** Marketing Executive **Role Summary:** A proactive, detail‑oriented marketing professional responsible for owning and executing multi‑channel marketing workstreams across global events, digital platforms, and new product launches.  **Expectations:** - 2+ years of experience in marketing, events, or campaign delivery. - Strong organizational, project‑management, and multitasking skills in a fast‑paced, entrepreneurial environment. - Creative thinking, initiative, and a can‑do mindset. - Right to work in the UK; willingness to travel to events. **Key Responsibilities:** 1. Own and deliver key marketing workstreams, maintaining timelines, quality standards, and deliverables. 2. Manage and maintain marketing assets (branding, photography, collateral) for accessibility across teams. 3. Oversee marketing calendars and campaign timelines, identifying risks and opportunities. 4. Produce marketing reports: analyze campaign data, surface insights, and support performance tracking. 5. Drive continuous improvement by introducing ideas, creative solutions, and process efficiencies. 6. Manage the digital marketing ecosystem (Agorapulse, Grip, Bird, Swoogo, Canva, Asana, Notion, Salesforce) and optimize event registration sites and company web pages. 7. Write, edit, and proof high‑quality digital content for social, web, apps, and campaign communications. 8. Monitor digital performance, extracting actionable insights to boost engagement and reach. 9. Collaborate closely with senior marketing leaders and cross‑functional teams to ensure messaging alignment. 10. Provide ad‑hoc support to the wider marketing team (deck preparation, research, competitor monitoring, trend spotting). **Required Skills:** - 2+ years of marketing, event, or campaign experience. - Excellent written and verbal communication. - Proficiency with Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace. - Experience with design software (Canva, etc.), CRM systems, and event registration platforms. - Strong organizational, project‑management, and multitasking abilities. - Familiarity with Agorapulse, Grip, Bird, Swoogo, Asana, Notion, Salesforce, and similar tools. - Event marketing experience is a strong plus. - Proactive, solutions‑focused mindset. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred (not mandatory). - No specific certifications required, though knowledge of marketing analytics or event management tools is an advantage.
