**Job Title** Services Engagement Director **Role Summary** Lead the service‑engagement function for the Nordic region, driving revenue growth through professional services sales, proposal development, and client relationship management. Responsible for end‑to‑end sales cycle, from opportunity generation to contract closure, and for ensuring successful delivery of Genesys consulting solutions. **Expectations** - Achieve quarterly financial targets for bookings and project profitability. - Manage the full sales cycle, including proposal creation, bid validation, resource planning, and risk mitigation. - Maintain accurate, up‑to‑date CRM records and forecast pipeline metrics. - Collaborate with Product Sales, Pre‑sales, and delivery teams to align business plans and service solutions. - Build and sustain high‑level relationships with senior leaders across the Nordic market. **Key Responsibilities** 1. Pursue professional services sales leads and generate a robust pipeline of service orders. 2. Lead the bidding process for large, complex proposals, ensuring technical validation and resource alignment. 3. Negotiate and close deals, maintaining pricing integrity and compliance with approval guidelines. 4. Manage project delivery oversight, including monitoring implementation, risk management, and escalation handling. 5. Provide regular forecasts and status reports to district leadership. 6. Maintain extensive market knowledge to tailor value propositions and win new business. 7. Drive continuous improvement of sales processes and documentation. **Required Skills** - Proven experience in SaaS/Contact‑Centre services sales and consulting. - Strong strategic thinking, negotiation, and closing skills. - Project management fundamentals: planning, budgeting, and resource coordination. - Excellent communication, influencing, and stakeholder‑management abilities. - Proficiency with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) and sales analytics. - Ability to work cross‑functionally and lead by example, fostering trust and empathy. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field. - Preferred certifications: PMP, Prince2, or equivalent project‑management credential; CRM certification (Salesforce, HubSpot) is advantageous.
