Job Description
Job Title HR Assistant Role Summary Provide comprehensive human‑resources support across a large, multi‑site network of food‑service outlets in travel hubs. Advise operational managers on disciplinary matters, contract administration, compliance, and talent acquisition while ensuring consistency with corporate HR policies. Expectations • 2‑month fixed‑term contract. • Based in Saint‑Ouen; reporting to the HR Manager (Motorways market). • Work independently yet collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teams. • Manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast‑paced environment. Key Responsibilities - Handle disciplinary procedures and monitor employee aptitude cases. - Ensure adherence to internal HR processes and legal requirements. - Advise and support operational managers in HR matters. - Prepare and relay data for Internal Review Panels (IRP). - Represent corporate HR policy to operational staff and partners. - Draft employment contracts for executive and cadre positions. - Design and maintain reporting dashboards (quality, overtime, etc.). - Write, post, and manage recruitment advertisements. - Screen CVs and shortlist candidates. - Coordinate professional interviews and update the applicant database. Required Skills - Expertise in personnel administrative and disciplinary processes. - Proven recruitment and workforce development experience. - Strong advisory and communication skills for managerial support. - Knowledge of HR procedures and statutory obligations. - Ability to write clear employment contracts. Required Education & Certifications - Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field (Bac+3). - At least two years of HR experience across multiple sites. - Payroll knowledge preferred.
