Ensure cross-functional execution of product changes and market readiness. **Expectations:** Oversee product revisions, extensions, and compliance across multiple markets; prioritize efficiency, timeliness, and technical accuracy in delivering updates. **Key Responsibilities:** - Lead product packaging revisions, version control, and specification updates. - Maintain regulatory compliance, labelling standards, and quality assurance protocols. - Coordinate timelines, stakeholders, and processes for product updates and supply chain transitions. - Optimize costs and drive continuous improvements in existing product performance. - Facilitate communication between technical, operational, and commercial teams to resolve issues and align on goals. **Required Skills:** - Experience in product management, technical compliance, or food/FMCG development. - Strong project management and stakeholder coordination abilities. - Detail-oriented approach to packaging, regulatory requirements, and technical documentation. - Proficiency in process optimization and version control. - Cross-functional collaboration and problem-solving expertise. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Engineering, or related technical field. - Prior experience in product compliance or quality assurance (food/FMCG sector preferred).
