Conduct market and consumer research, analysing trends, behaviours, and competitor case studies to inform design decisions. 4. Communicate project status, design intent, and deliverables to stakeholders, ensuring quality and timeliness. **Required Skills:** - Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Adobe Photoshop, and related design software. - Advanced space‑planning and layout development. - Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building regulations. - Strong visual communication, presentation and documentation skills. - Effective cross‑functional collaboration and stakeholder management. - Fluent in English. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree or higher in Interior Design, Environmental Design, Architecture, or a related field. - Minimum 5 years of experience designing branded retail or commercial spaces, with a portfolio demonstrating these achievements.
