**Job Title**
IT Project Manager – Information Systems (F/M)
**Role Summary**
Lead and coordinate cross‑functional digital solution projects within the IT department, focusing on finance, HR, procurement, and real estate modules. Ensure delivery of integrated management software (ERP or specialized procurement system) that enhances transparency, efficiency, and user satisfaction.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Plan, execute, and monitor end‑to‑end IT projects, ensuring scope, schedule, budget, and quality targets are met.
- Liaise with operational, purchasing, and finance departments to gather requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
- Coordinate a team of 5 senior consultants across finance, HR, procurement, and real estate.
- Manage stakeholder expectations, provide regular status reports, and facilitate decision‑making.
- Oversee testing, training, and change‑management activities to ensure smooth user adoption.
- Monitor project risks and issues, implementing mitigation strategies as needed.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of project governance and delivery processes.
**Required Skills**
- Project management methodology (Agile, Waterfall) and tools (MS Project, JIRA, etc.).
- Deep knowledge of ERP or specialized procurement software implementation.
- Strong understanding of finance, purchasing, and HR processes.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- High level of organization, rigor, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in multidisciplinary teams and adapt to innovative technical environments.
- Familiarity with electronic invoicing regulations is a plus.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification preferred but not mandatory.
- Additional certifications in ERP (e.g., SAP, Oracle) or procurement systems are advantageous.
