Job Title: Senior Business Systems Analyst
Role Summary:
Acts as the primary liaison between the Integrated Management (IM) organization and assigned business units, combining product ownership, business system analysis, and project delivery leadership. Drives the full product lifecycle—from gathering business and technical requirements, maintaining a prioritized backlog, to coordinating cross‑functional teams and providing transparent status reporting to senior leadership.

- Build trust and influence across diverse stakeholders, including executives, business units, developers, and external vendors.
- Own end‑to‑end project delivery, ensuring alignment with business objectives, scope, schedule, and budget.
- Translate evolving business needs into clear action plans and measurable success criteria.
Key Responsibilities:
1. **Product & Delivery Leadership** – Serve as the primary point of contact; maintain dynamic backlog; lead end‑to‑end delivery and triage issues; update IM leadership via dashboards and briefings.
2. **Project Management & Delivery Oversight** – Plan and execute initiatives using PMO and Agile frameworks; manage timelines, dependencies, risks, scope, and budget; provide consistent progress reporting.
3. **Business Analysis & Requirements Definition** – Translate challenges into functional and technical requirements; facilitate interviews, discovery sessions, and process mapping; define success criteria.
4. **Stakeholder Engagement & Communication** – Act as conduit between stakeholders, developers, and executives; lead walkthroughs, demos, and feedback sessions; communicate priorities and constraints.
5. **Vendor & Contract Coordination** – Manage vendor engagement, timelines, deliverables, and contract reviews.
6. **Governance & Risk Management** – Maintain RAID logs, participate in governance and change control processes, mitigate risks and blockers.
Required Skills:
- 10–15 years of progressive experience in product ownership, business analysis, and project delivery.
- Strong facilitation, negotiation, and communication (technical & executive) skills.
- Proficiency with Azure DevOps, Jira, MS Project, Smartsheet, Teams, SharePoint, Miro.
- In‑depth knowledge of SDLC, Agile, and structured PMO frameworks.
- Ability to manage competing priorities and build stakeholder alignment.
- Self‑directed, proactive, issue‑closing ownership mentality.
- Comfort dealing with ambiguity in complex, matrixed organizations.
Required Education & Certifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (MBA preferred).
- Professional certifications: PMP, CSPO, SAFe POPM, or equivalent strongly preferred.
- Experience with ITSM, enterprise system implementations, or change management frameworks; consulting experience in public sector or large matrixed organizations a plus.
