Job Description
Job Title: Account Executive - Digital Projects Role Summary: Drive end‑to‑end delivery of multi‑format content campaigns (video, digital, podcast, event) for global asset management clients. Act as primary liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring briefs are translated, timelines met, and quality standards upheld. Expactations: - Deliver projects on time and within scope. - Maintain high client satisfaction through proactive communication. - Contribute creative and commercial insights to improve campaign performance. Key Responsibilities: - Coordinate project kick‑off to delivery, managing schedules, budgets, and resource allocation. - Translate client briefs into actionable tasks and manage feedback loops with internal editorial, video, design, compliance, and sales teams. - Maintain internal trackers and systems to keep stakeholders informed of progress. - Build and nurture client relationships via email, calls, and meetings. - Provide ad‑hoc creative and commercial input to shape formats and visuals. - Liaise with editorial, video, design, compliance, and sales to align on timelines and quality. - Support continuous improvement of content processes and client service. Required Skills: - Strong account/project management with ability to juggle multiple initiatives. - Excellent written and verbal communication; rapport‑building with clients and internal stakeholders. - Interest in digital content across formats (video, podcast, editorial, infographics). - Creative thinking, commercial awareness, and opportunity identification. - Adaptability, calm under pressure, and ability to meet deadlines in fast‑paced environments. - Detail‑orientation, organised, and confident self‑starter. Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Media, Business or related field preferred. - Industry certifications (e.g., PMP, Project Management Professional) a plus but not mandatory.
