Job Description: **Job Title** Finance Intern (M/F) **Role Summary** Assist the Finance Department of a luxury hospitality establishment with day‑to‑day accounting, supplier record‑keeping, invoice matching, audit documentation, cash reconciliation, inventory support, and service‑quality assurance. **Expectations** - Complete the internship for 4–6 months, beginning June 2026. - Maintain accurate financial records and provide timely reports. - Adhere to the property’s service‑quality standards (e.g., LQA, Forbes). **Key Responsibilities** 1. Create and update supplier master file; enter supplier and customer invoices. 2. Reconcile invoices with purchase orders and delivery notes. 3. Gather audit documents and assemble reports (offers, expenses, etc.). 4. Verify cash registers, time them accurately, and reconcile credit‑card payments. 5. Participate in inventory counts and compute food & beverage ratios. 6. Uphold high‑quality service standards in line with hotel brand expectations. **Required Skills** - Foundational accounting knowledge: debit/credit, expense and income accounts. - Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail. - Excellent organizational and follow‑up abilities. - Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team. - Proficient in French; good command of English. - Basic computer literacy (Excel, accounting software). **Required Education & Certifications** - Current enrollment in a Hospitality or Business school, or hold a relevant bachelor’s degree. ---
