Collaborate with marketers, designers, and back‑end developers to translate wireframes into high‑quality, accessible digital experiences that meet performance and SEO standards. Provide CMS training, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement of the Manh.com digital domain. **Expectations** - Deliver pixel‑perfect, performance‑optimised UI components that adhere to corporate design systems. - Act as the UX lead for reviewing existing experiences and proposing enhancements across the site. - Maintain clear, efficient, and version‑controlled code, meeting project timelines and quality benchmarks. - Train and support content managers in using Optimizely CMS for content creation, A/B testing, and personalization. **Key Responsibilities** 1.
