Oversees a team of 7+ sales representatives, develops strategic GTM plans, and ensures quota attainment through account planning, pipeline management, and solution selling. Expectations: - Lead the region as a Regional Director, achieving or exceeding revenue, margin, and operating profit targets. - Manage a moderate to large sales quota across diverse provincial markets (BC, Alberta, Manitoba, Saskatchewan, NWT, Nunavut, Yukon). - Act as the main point for pricing, investment, and resource allocation decisions. Key Responsibilities: - Build and execute targeted business plans, allocating resources to maximize sales impact. - Develop and approve tactical account plans aligned with corporate strategy; communicate progress and forecast accurately. - Manage pipeline quality, volume, and health; monitor win/loss analytics. - Review and approve deals to ensure alignment with corporate processes. - Apply competitive intelligence to craft positioning and counter‑strategies. - Lead, coach, and evaluate a high‑performing sales team; provide ongoing performance management. - Incorporate MEDDPICC, Miller Heiman, and other selling frameworks. - Tailor sales motions for each province and vertical (Government, Education, Healthcare, Retail, Manufacturing, Hospitality).
