Job Title: Senior Revenue Operations Analyst
Role Summary:
Lead data‑driven initiatives for an enterprise B2B SaaS sales organization. Own sales analytics, forecasting, process optimization, and technology stack management to increase revenue predictability and operational efficiency.
Expectations:
* Deliver actionable insights and regular performance reviews to sales and leadership teams.
* Maintain accurate forecasting, pipeline hygiene, and compliance across the sales cycle.
* Drive continuous improvement of sales processes, territory management, and enablement.
Key Responsibilities:
* Build and maintain dashboards/reporting in Salesforce, BI tools, and spreadsheets.
* Analyze pipeline health, funnel metrics, win rates, ACV, deal velocity, and forecasting accuracy.
* Lead end‑to‑end forecasting, conduct audits, and recommend corrective actions.
* Design and implement scalable workflows for qualification, account planning, territory assignment, and handoffs.
* Partner with Enablement on training around processes and tools.
* Manage and optimize sales tech stack (Outreach, Clari, Gong, HubSpot, ZoomInfo, etc.) – enhancements, automation, integrations.
* Collaborate with Marketing Ops on attribution, lead management, and funnel alignment.
* Support Finance with compensation calculations and quota management.
* Track expansion opportunities and account segmentation with business stakeholders.
Required Skills:
* 3–5 years experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or Business Analytics (B2B SaaS preferred).
* Strong analytical proficiency in Excel/Sheets; ability to synthesize complex data into clear narratives.
* Deep understanding of SaaS metrics: ARR, ACV, churn, CAC, LTV, pipeline coverage.
* Salesforce expertise; familiarity with RevOps tools (Clari, Gong, Outreach, HubSpot, ZoomInfo, compensation platforms).
* Experience with territory management, sales process design, and data quality initiatives.
* Excellent communication, cross‑functional collaboration, and stakeholder management.
* Comfortable in high‑growth, data‑driven, fast‑changing environments.
Required Education & Certifications:
* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Analytics, or related field.
* Any relevant certificates (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Tableau, Clari, Xactly) are a plus.
