**Job Title**
QA Automation Engineer – Hammer/IVR
**Role Summary**
Design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks for multi‑channel voice and chat virtual assistants, utilizing Hammer On Demand, Cyara, Selenium, and other tools. Lead end‑to‑end testing of functional, regression, integration, and performance scenarios across API, UI, and backend layers.
**Expectations**
- ≥3 years QA automation experience, ≥6 years total software testing/engineering.
- Proficiency in Java OOP concepts; ability to code in Java, JavaScript, or Python.
- Hands‑on experience building scalable, maintainable automation suites with BDD/TDD.
- Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile, CI/CD (Git, Jenkins, etc.).
- Healthcare domain familiarity, HIPAA compliance knowledge.
- Exposure to Gen AI tools, AI‑model evaluation metrics, and AI‑powered IDEs.
**Key Responsibilities**
1. Build and extend automation frameworks for Hammer On Demand, Cyara, and Selenium.
2. Develop automated test scripts for API (REST/SOAP), database, UI, performance, and AI‑chatbot scenarios.
3. Implement BDD/TDD pipelines using Cucumber or SpecFlow; integrate with CI/CD.
4. Perform functional, regression, integration, and performance tests on voice and chat virtual assistants.
5. Evaluate AI models (accuracy, precision, recall, F1‑score) and provide actionable insights.
6. Collaborate with development and product teams to define test strategy and acceptance criteria.
7. Maintain test artifacts, report defect tracking, and contribute to continuous improvement.
8. Keep up‑to‑date with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, IBM Cloud) and emerging automation technologies.
**Required Skills**
- Hammer On Demand, Cyara, Selenium WebDriver; API (REST/SOAP) testing.
- Java OOP, data structures, multi‑language coding (Java, JavaScript, Python).
