Job title: Solutions Architect Role Summary: Senior Principal Consultant responsible for architecting, designing, and implementing Salesforce-based solutions across Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Data Cloud. Leads large-scale, multi‑cloud implementations, guides migration of third‑party data, and delivers end‑to‑end client solutions that meet business value and ROI goals. Expectations: • Deliver high‑performance, reusable Salesforce solutions on time and within budget • Maintain 100 % billable utilization for the role • Drive continuous improvement in Salesforce design and deployment practices • Keep abreast of Salesforce product roadmap and relevant industry trends Key Responsibilities: - Design and build scalable, reusable Salesforce solutions for complex business processes. - Lead business process redesign, roadmap planning, and integration points in multi‑cloud environments. - Own technical architecture, validate solution components, and conduct customer walkthroughs. - Translate business requirements into user stories and functional specifications. - Mentor junior and mid‑level developers; lead technical design reviews. - Manage migration of functionalities and data from third‑party applications into Salesforce. - Develop prototypes, proofs of concept, and mockups to refine requirements. - Collaborate with project managers, clients, and internal teams to ensure cohesive project strategies. - Conduct research and produce roadmap reports for client Salesforce usage. - Liaise with Salesforce product teams to facilitate client implementations. Required Skills: - Deep expertise in Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Data Cloud architecture. - Proven experience integrating Salesforce with middleware (MuleSoft or Boomi) and REST/SOAP APIs. - Proficient in CI/CD pipelines (Gearset, Copado, Jenkins), Git, VS Code, and Azure DevOps. - Strong knowledge of user‑centered design methods and standard processes. - Excellent problem‑solving, communication, and stakeholder‑management skills. - Proficient in diagramming (draw.io, Visio, Lucidchart); modeling tools (Archimate) and data‑modeling (ERD). - Familiarity with AWS/Azure for hybrid integrations. - Experience in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Bootstrap for UI enhancements. Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor of Engineering / Bachelor of Technology / Master of Computer Applications (MCA). - Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Technical Architect, Salesforce Certified Application Architect, Salesforce Certified Platform Developer). - Product Owner certification is preferred.
