About the Company

We are a French company operating in the core business of Unified Communication and Collaboration.

We delegate our staff on site for middle to long run missions. They operate on either hotline (level 1 or 2) or level 3 support.

Our highly skilled Technicians and Engineers are expert in ToIP. They are able to either Design, Build or Run any kind of Unified Communication system. For that purpose, they have multiple manufacturers certifications covering both ToIP and networking, so that we can guarantee a very good level of expertise for short as well as long term missions.

Their technical environment are : CUCM, UCCE, UCCX, Unity…. Or ALU, OXE, OXO,

UCC Experts is especially certified by CISCO and also owns partnership with major actors of the market such as Alcatel Lucent, Microsoft.

We currently have Engineer available for short to long term mission. They are specialized in ToIP Cisco and Alcatel.

Job Description
**Job Title** MPLS Network Engineer (F/M) **Role Summary** Provide design, support, and troubleshooting for global MPLS backbone environments (internal, user, datacenter). Operate and maintain core routers (ASR99, Arista), optical links (ADVA multiplexers), and PoPs. Manage incidents, planned changes, and service requests while ensuring performance, QoS, and compliance. **Expectations** - Resolve approximately 10‑15 L2 incidents per day. - Perform equipment updates within 24 h and major upgrades in 1‑2 months. - Serve as L2 escalation for L1 NOC and coordinate with L3 experts. - Produce and maintain detailed supporting procedures and documentation. **Key Responsibilities** 1. Incident resolution: diagnose performance, routing, QoS issues; coordinate with vendors (RMA) and support teams. 2. Planned changes: update firmware, replace aging hardware, schedule and validate redundancy and resilience tests. 3. Problem management: conduct root‑cause analysis, implement reliability plans, and document findings. 4. Service requests: fulfill evolution requests within agreed SLAs. 5. Architecture ownership: maintain network maps per region, ensuring accurate topologies. 6. Documentation: record troubleshooting steps, recommendations, and operational procedures for NOC use. **Required Skills** - Proven experience in MPLS networks, including BGP, IS‑IS, OSPF, and basic EIGRP usage. - Strong OSI model knowledge; understanding of route reflectors and full‑mesh architectures. - Ability to analyze link metrics: MTU, packet loss, latency, jitter. - Proficient with ASR99/Arista command line (similar to Cisco). - Comfortable with optical technologies (ADVA multiplexers). - Written and verbal communication in English and French. - Independent, analytical, customer‑service oriented, and collaborative team player. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. - Certifications such as CCNP/CCNP ENCOR, Juniper JNCIA or equivalent in MPLS/Routing are highly desirable.
