Job Description
**Job Title:** Sr. Customer Success Manager **Role Summary:** Lead enterprise customer success for a SaaS learning platform, driving data‑driven value, renewing and expanding large accounts. Work cross‑functionally, conduct QBRs/EBRs, and become a trusted advisor to C‑level stakeholders. **Expectations:** - Customer‑obsessed, consultative leadership that delivers measurable business outcomes. - Persuasive, results‑driven, able to navigate ambiguity and changing priorities. - Self‑motivated, autonomous, able to assume responsibility and work independently. **Key Responsibilities:** 1. Understand and align with customer needs and strategic priorities. 2. Drive risk mitigation across the lifecycle and position accounts for growth. 3. Lead regular engagements: QBRs, EBRs, on‑site visits, success planning, and value conversations. 4. Build and maintain C‑level relationships, serving as the authority in executive rooms. 5. Collaborate with teams to improve processes and share best practices. 6. Meet or exceed renewal rates, upsell targets, and other defined metrics. **Required Skills:** - Value‑led discovery and consultative selling. - Deep knowledge of SaaS customer success models (license management, training, adoption). - Strong presentation and listening skills. - Data‑driven decision making and insights generation. - Excellent time management and organization. - Ability to identify and solve problems beyond standard playbooks. - Experience with Gainsight and Salesforce.com (preferred). **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience. - 5+ years of progressive customer success, sales, professional services, consulting, or technical enablement experience. - Gainsight and Salesforce certifications preferred.
