**Job Title**
Senior SAP Finance Consultant (F/H)
**Role Summary**
Drive end‑to‑end financial transformation projects using SAP solutions. Act as a primary client partner, analyzing business requirements, designing and implementing SAP Finance modules, and ensuring adoption of best practices. Share expertise internally, mentor junior consultants, and continuously innovate SAP Finance offerings to meet evolving market needs.
**Expectations**
- Minimum 5 years of SAP consulting experience focused on Finance transformations.
- Strong knowledge of financial processes (AP, AR, GL, FI/CO, S/4HANA Finance).
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business, finance, engineering, or a related field.
- Fluency in French and English; bilingual communication essential for international projects.
- Demonstrated rigor, innovation, and a passion for knowledge sharing.
**Key Responsibilities**
1. Lead financial transformation initiatives: gather requirements, perform gap analyses, and define solution roadmaps.
2. Design, configure, and validate SAP Finance solutions (FI/CO, Treasury, Assets, S/4HANA Finance).
3. Collaborate closely with client finance teams to align processes and SAP design.
4. Deliver high‑quality project documentation, test plans, and user training materials.
5. Mentor and support junior consultants, fostering team capability.
6. Contribute to the evolution of internal SAP Finance playbooks and best‑practice templates.
7. Identify and propose innovative approaches to enhance the client’s financial operations and the consulting offering.
8. Coordinate with cross‑functional internal teams (e.g., Solution Architecture, Quality Assurance) to ensure project success.
**Required Skills**
- SAP Finance consulting (FI, CO, Treasury, S/4HANA Finance).
