**Job Title**
Product Owner / Product Manager – Media
**Role Summary**
Serve media‑sector clients (large accounts & startups) as the Product Owner/Manager. Own the product vision, craft road‑maps, features, and backlog. Coordinate business, marketing, and IT stakeholders, apply Agile practices, analyze data insights, and drive continuous improvement of media digital products (web, mobile, streaming). Contribute to the agency by leading workshops, training, and content creation to strengthen the product community.
**Expectations**
- Minimum 3 years PO/PM experience at a large account or consulting firm, with at least 1 year in media.
- Proven ability to manage web/mobile products for high‑traffic media sites or streaming platforms.
- Deep understanding of editorial content production & distribution (video, audio, articles, live).
- Strong Agile background (Scrum/Kanban) and expertise in Discovery, Lean practices, and change management.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and English fluency (written & spoken).
**Key Responsibilities**
1. Define product road‑maps and feature prioritisation.
2. Coordinate objectives across business, marketing, IT, and editorial teams.
3. Facilitate discovery, build processes, and continuous improvement cycles.
4. Analyse market data, user insights, and performance metrics; translate into user stories.
5. Run Agile ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Retrospectives, Reviews) and track sprint progress.
6. Participate in sprint reviews, acceptance testing, and release sign‑offs.
7. Lead product committees, progress reporting, and stakeholder updates.
8. Animate workshops, bootcamps, and training sessions for agency growth.
9. Produce content to disseminate product thinking and best practices.
10. Match client needs with Guiz experts to deliver optimal solutions.
**Required Skills**
- Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, XP).
- Product Discovery, User Research, and Market Analysis.
- Road‑mapping, backlog grooming, prioritisation techniques (MoSCoW, RICE, Kano).
- Data analysis and KPI monitoring.
- Stakeholder & cross‑functional team management.
- Knowledge of digital media production & distribution workflows.
- Change management & process optimisation.
- Strong written and oral communication.
- English (C2 level).
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Marketing, or related discipline.
- Preferred certifications: Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), Certified Scrum Master (CSM), or Agile Certified Practitioner (ACP).
