Job Description
**Job Title:** Marketing Technology Manager **Role Summary:** Own and lead the technical implementation, optimisation, and operational excellence of the company’s marketing websites and digital ecosystem. Work cross‑functionally with Marketing, Brand, Database, Infrastructure, and Salesforce teams to ensure seamless integration, data flow, and an exceptional customer experience. **Expectations:** - Deliver high‑performance digital channels that meet business goals and compliance standards. - Drive continuous improvement of marketing technology stacks, automation, and analytics. - Translate data insights into actionable recommendations for traffic, lead generation, and conversion. - Train and support internal stakeholders on best practices. **Key Responsibilities:** 1. **Website & Digital Platform Management** – Administer WordPress sites (Event Engine), domains, and platforms such as Google Marketing Suite and Event Case; ensure SEO, accessibility, UX, and conversion optimisation. 2. **Systems, Integrations & Automation** – Design, implement, and test API connections, data mapping and business rules for Google Marketing Suite, Salesforce, and other automation tools; maintain GDPR and PCI‑SS compliance. 3. **Data, Insight & Reporting** – Analyse marketing performance via Google Analytics and Power BI; present KPIs, customer behaviour insights, and actionable recommendations to stakeholders. 4. **Collaboration & Continuous Improvement** – Evaluate digital processes, recommend workflow optimisations, partner with Customer Delivery on feedback systems, and facilitate adoption of new technologies. **Required Skills:** - Proven B2B digital marketing technologies experience (backend focus). - Expertise in Google Marketing Platform (GA4, Ads, GTM). - Strong HTML/CSS, responsive design, UX, accessibility (WCAG), and SEO skills. - WordPress site management and CMS proficiency. - Understanding of customer journeys, user testing, CRM integration, email automation, and content integration. - Analytical ability to interpret data and present insights. - Excellent communication, project management, and cross‑functional collaboration. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Information Technology or related field. - Preferred certifications: Google Analytics, Google Ads, Salesforce Platform, WordPress Developer or equivalent.
