**Job Title**
AI/ML NLP Expert
**Role Summary**
Develop, fine‑tune, and optimize cutting‑edge AI, NLP, and ML models, including large language models (LLMs) and Retrieval‑Augmented Generation (RAG) frameworks. Deliver scalable, high‑performance solutions and communicate insights to stakeholders.
**Expectations**
- Drive continuous improvement of model accuracy, efficiency, and scalability.
- Maintain production‑ready code and model pipelines.
- Collaborate cross‑functionally to integrate AI solutions into products.
- Contribute to peer review and knowledge sharing within the team.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Design and implement tokenization, POS tagging, NER, classification, clustering, and other text‑mining pipelines.
- Fine‑tune pre‑trained models for domain‑specific tasks and experiment with new architectures.
- Conduct rigorous A/B tests and experimental design to evaluate model performance.
- Build scalable ML application architecture, including model serving and GPU resource optimization.
- Develop comprehensive reports and visualizations (Matplotlib, Seaborn) to present findings.
- Perform bias analysis and implement mitigation strategies.
- Participate in code reviews, continuous integration, and unit testing.
- Keep abreast of industry trends, publish research findings, and adopt emerging tools (e.g., Amazon Q, GitHub Copilot).
**Required Skills**
- Python expertise; libraries: Pandas, SpaCy, NLTK, Hugging Face, TensorFlow/PyTorch.
- SQL (Oracle, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (Elasticsearch, MongoDB) experience.
- Deep understanding of LLMs, Transformers, and pre‑trained model fine‑tuning.
- Experience with model serving and GPU optimization.
- A/B testing, statistical modeling, and experiment design proficiency.
- Data visualization (Matplotlib, Seaborn) and insight communication to non‑technical audiences.
- Knowledge of bias in ML and mitigation techniques.
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and documentation skills.
- Proficient written and oral communication in English.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Artificial Intelligence, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field.
