Job Title: Finance Analyst (Costs) Role Summary: Support the Senior FP&A Costs Manager in budgeting, forecasting, and reporting for central/shared services, analyse costs to drive efficiency, develop KPIs, build business cases, and improve FP&A processes. Expectations: - Deliver accurate, timely financial analysis and reports. - Identify and challenge cost drivers to achieve savings. - Translate financial data into actionable insights for senior stakeholders. - Collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams to align financial and operational objectives.
