Job title: Facility Manager (H/F)
Role Summary: Oversee the maintenance, safety, and operational readiness of company facilities, including buildings, grounds, and technical systems. Lead maintenance planning, supervise teams, manage service contracts, and ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.
Expactations: Deliver reliable facility performance, optimize maintenance budgets, maintain high safety and regulatory compliance, support continuous improvement of infrastructure, and foster a culture of teamwork and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan, coordinate, and supervise preventive and corrective maintenance for technical installations and building systems.
• Manage and develop facility maintenance teams: approve leave, conduct performance reviews, and cultivate skill versatility.
• Define technical and financial parameters for maintenance plans and multi‑year work programs.
• Allocate human, technical, and material resources across technical sectors.
• Monitor staff authorizations and safety conditions; enforce regulatory controls and periodic inspections.
• Conduct site relocations, facility upgrades, and asset feasibility studies.
• Develop procedures, technical specification sheets, and dashboards for performance tracking.
• Provide technical advice to internal users and service partners.
• Lead the first‑line on‑call support for site operations (annual duty).
• Participate in cross‑functional projects with strong team orientation.
Required Skills:
• Leadership and team management (staff scheduling, performance management).
• Project management and budget control.
• Knowledge of building and technical maintenance, fire systems, access control, and groundskeeping.
• Familiarity with HSE, environmental, and hygiene regulations.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
• Advanced bilingual proficiency in French and English.
Required Education & Certifications:
• Bachelor’s (Bac+3) to Master’s (Bac+5) degree in general maintenance or electrical engineering.
• Minimum 5 years experience in a Facilities, HSE, or General Services role, with at least 3 years in team leadership or project management.
