Job Description
**Job Title:** Customer Success Manager **Role Summary** Proactively manage customer relationships to drive product adoption, retention, and growth for SaaS/tech products in a remote environment. Focus on onboarding, account health monitoring, and revenue expansion through collaboration with internal teams and clients. **Expectations** - Build and maintain long-term customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and business impact. - Execute onboarding and adoption strategies to optimize product usage. - Proactively identify and resolve risks to reduce churn while identifying upsell opportunities. - Collaborate cross-functionally to address customer needs and drive product improvements. **Key Responsibilities** - Serve as primary contact for clients, managing communication via calls, meetings, and quarterly reviews. - Lead onboarding processes, deliver product training, and monitor adoption metrics. - Analyze customer health scores, usage data, and feedback to implement retention strategies. - Escalate and resolve technical/service issues with support, product, and engineering teams. - Collect and advocate for customer feedback to inform product development. - Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities, prepare renewal materials, and track lifecycle metrics. - Maintain CRM documentation, generate success reports, and conduct performance analyses. **Required Skills** - Strong verbal and written communication for client interactions and reporting. - Analytical problem-solving to assess adoption challenges and business outcomes. - Proficiency in CRM/Customer Success platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot). - Experience with SaaS product implementation and technical concepts. - Ability to manage multiple clients remotely while prioritizing tasks effectively. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, IT, or related field. - 2–5 years in Customer Success, Account Management, or Client Services (tech/SaaS environment). - Proven track record of reducing churn and improving customer adoption.
