Job title: Lead Developer Front‑End Angular
Role Summary
Lead technical architect for web interfaces, overseeing development, quality, and performance of Angular applications while managing a front‑end team, mentoring junior developers, and ensuring alignment with product and UX objectives.

- Deliver high‑quality, responsive, multi‑browser web interfaces built with Angular.
- Maintain code standards, enforce best practices, and drive continuous improvement.
- Manage a small team of front‑end developers, integrators, and designers, fostering skill growth and technical excellence.
- Collaborate tightly with back‑end, UX/UI, and product stakeholders to deliver seamless features on schedule.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain Angular components and services.
- Conduct code reviews, enforce architectural guidelines, and uphold maintainability.
- Plan sprint activities, prioritize backlog items, and monitor progress against timelines and budget constraints.
- Mentor junior developers, conduct knowledge transfers, and support career development.
- Work with back‑end teams to integrate APIs, ensure performance tuning, and optimize the deployment pipeline.
- Participate in functional and technical specification definition and project rituals (stand‑ups, retrospectives, demos).
Required Skills
- Advanced proficiency in Angular (latest version), TypeScript, and JavaScript (ES6+).
- Strong command of HTML5, CSS3, and preprocessors (SASS/LESS).
- Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines for front‑end, unit testing, and performance optimization.
- Familiarity with IDEs such as VS Code and Visual Studio.
- Solid understanding of modern web architecture, responsive design, and accessibility guidelines.
Required Education & Certifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (Bac+4/5) in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent.
- 5‑7 years of front‑end development experience with a significant focus on Angular.
- Demonstrated experience leading a front‑end team or acting as a technical lead.
