Job Description: Job title: HR Internship – Multilingual (NL/FR/ENG) Role Summary: A hands‑on HR internship within a Talent Team, delivering support across recruitment, candidate experience, employer branding, talent development, and data reporting. Candidate will develop practical HR skills and collaborate closely with recruiters and HR Business Partners. Expectations: – Complete the internship in a 6‑week or longer period. – Demonstrate rapid learning, initiative, and ownership of assigned tasks. – Communicate effectively in Dutch, French, and English. – Engage proactively with team members and contribute to process improvement. Key Responsibilities: - Assist with recruitment activities: screening, interviewing, talent searches, and candidate tracking. - Optimize the candidate journey to enhance candidate experience. - Contribute to HR communications and employer branding initiatives. - Support HR Business Partners on day‑to‑day HR operations. - Participate in talent development and team collaboration projects. - Support reporting and data analysis within the Talent function. Required Skills: - Strong written and verbal communication in Dutch, French, and English. - Digital proficiency and quick adaptation to HRIS and related tools. - Self‑motivation, initiative, and willingness to take responsibility. - Team‑player with transparent communication and a collaborative mindset. - Attention to detail and analytical thinking for data reporting. Required Education & Certifications: - Current enrollment in an HR‑related study program or equivalent with the ending of the program approaching. - No specific certifications required, but familiarity with basic HR concepts is preferred.
