**Job Title** IT Business Analyst – Ultimo **Role Summary** Support IT&D in establishing best practices and standards for Ultimo implementations. Diagnose and resolve existing implementation gaps, document business requirements, and bridge communication between stakeholders, functional analysts, and technical teams. **Expectations** - Deliver expert Ultimo guidance aligned with IT&D policies. - Produce clear, accurate requirement documentation. - Act as liaison between business and technical sides. - Maintain proactive, problem‑solving mindset. - Operate within Agile/DevOps frameworks. **Key Responsibilities** 1. Clarify, analyze, and document business requirements for internal stakeholders. 2. Ensure proposed solutions comply with IT&D standards and policies. 3. Map end‑to‑end business and system processes. 4. Facilitate stakeholder discussions to clarify and secure agreement on requirements. 5. Collaborate with internal and external functional analysts to create user stories and support system configuration. 6. Deliver business and technical presentations to diverse audiences. **Required Skills** - Excellent analytical, data mapping, business process mapping, and root‑cause analysis. - Strong written and verbal communication. - Fluent in English. - Team player with problem‑solving ability. - Experience with Jira, Confluence, SharePoint; awareness of ServiceNow is a plus. - Proven work in Agile or DevOps environments. - Deep knowledge of Ultimo as a business analyst/configurator. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field. - Professional business analysis certifications (CBAP, PMI‑PBA, or equivalent) preferred.
