Job Description
Job Title: Account Manager France Role Summary: Develops and maintains client relationships for ticketing solutions in cultural, tourism, and leisure sectors. Focuses on active prospecting, sales negotiation, and client support across museums, attractions, and event sites. Expactations: Proactively develop client base via outreach; negotiate sales while exceeding targets. Demonstrate digital solutions and maintain long-term partnerships. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure client satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct client prospecting (cold calling, in-person visits, networking). - Analyze client needs for ticketing, commerce, hospitality, and access control systems. - Provide software demonstrations and client guidance. - Maintain existing accounts via regular visits, product demos, and proposals. - Prepare quotes, manage CRM/ERP tools, and monitor order processing. - Execute lead generation campaigns (trade shows, user groups). - Collaborate with technical teams to address client requirements. - Meet/surpass revenue goals through results-driven strategies. Required Skills: - B2B sales experience in SaaS/software or ticketing industry. - Proficiency in digital tools and clear explanation of technical features. - Strong negotiation, relationship-building, and client relationship management. - Fluency in English. - Interest in cultural/tourism sectors. - Autonomous, organized, and results-oriented. Required Education & Certifications: - Proven B2B sales experience; B License (car driver’s license). - Strong organizational and multitasking capabilities. - Bilingual proficiency in French and English.
