**Job Title** Control Systems Engineer – Electrical/Power Electronics **Role Summary** Design, validate, and implement custom control‑command solutions for medium‑ and high‑voltage electrical equipment in new and modernization projects. **Expectations** Graduate (Bac+5) in electrotechnology, industrial control, or power electronics with a strong interest in industrial PLC/SCADA and control system development. **Key Responsibilities** - Develop tailored control strategies and software for electrified equipment upgrades. - Optimize standard software packages for electrical machinery. - Simulate control algorithms for pre‑validation and performance assessment. - Conduct site measurements before and after modernization to verify results. - Provide on‑site technical support during commissioning phases domestically and abroad. - Collaborate closely with automation teams to ensure seamless integration. **Required Skills** - Proficient in control simulation tools (MATLAB, Mathcad, Simulink). - Knowledge of PLC programming and SCADA systems. - Experience with high‑voltage electrical equipment and power electronic devices. - Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities. - Excellent communication in French and English. **Required Education & Certifications** - Master’s (Bac+5) degree in Electrical Engineering, Control Systems, or Power Electronics. - Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, IEC 61850, or similar) preferred.
