Job title: Full Stack Development Specialist – Industry 4.0 (M/F)
Role Summary:
Design and develop end‑to‑end industrial applications and a digital integration platform. Work across the full technology stack, collaborating with design, engineering, and client partners to deliver robust, scalable solutions.
Expectations:
Deliver high‑performance, secure, and maintainable code for industry 4.0 products. Align with cross‑functional teams and external stakeholders to meet project deadlines. Contribute to continuous improvement through technology scouting and best‑practice implementation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, test, and maintain full‑stack industrial applications (frontend and backend).
- Design intuitive user interfaces in partnership with UI/UX designers.
- Architect and implement scalable, modular software architecture.
- Create reusable integration modules for industrial systems (e.g., SCADA, PLCs, IoT).
- Ensure seamless integration with industrial protocols (MQTT, OPC UA, Modbus).
- Manage data flows using InfluxDB, MongoDB, and other time‑series or document stores.
- Deploy and scale services on Kubernetes, Docker, and complement with Kafka or Dapr where appropriate.
- Perform security reviews and embed industrial cybersecurity best practices.
- Lead or participate in agile ceremonies, providing technical guidance and mentorship.
- Conduct proactive technology research and recommend tooling enhancements.
Required Skills:
- Strong full‑stack development expertise (JavaScript, HTML, CSS; React, Angular, Vue.js).
- Backend proficiency in Python and Node.js.
- Experience with IIoT, event‑driven architectures (Kafka, Dapr), and container orchestration (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Solid understanding of industrial protocols (MQTT, OPC UA, Modbus).
- Database experience with InfluxDB, MongoDB, and related querying languages.
- Knowledge of real‑time and embedded systems for industrial applications.
- Awareness of industrial cybersecurity and data protection requirements.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem‑solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast‑moving, agile environment.
Required Education & Certifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., Kubernetes Administrator, React Native, or industry‑specific IoT credentials) are a plus.
