**Job Title:** Senior Software Engineer - ServiceNow **Role Summary** Lead design, development, and maintenance of ServiceNow applications and integrations. Focus on automation, system scalability, security, and DevSecOps compliance. Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver robust software solutions. **Expectations** - Minimum 5 days/week office presence. - No relocation assistance provided. **Key Responsibilities** - Design and deliver scalable ServiceNow applications, emphasizing automation and security. - Develop, test, deploy, and troubleshoot production applications. - Architect systems with prioritization of reliability, performance, and security. - Conduct system analysis to recommend and implement technology improvements. - Mentor junior team members in technical practices and ServiceNow expertise. - Support DevSecOps pipelines for secure, streamlined software delivery. **Required Skills** - 3+ years in ServiceNow modules (e.g., HR Service Delivery). - Experience building high-performance, scalable system versions. - Proficiency in technical documentation for applications/systems. - Cross-functional collaboration with technical and business teams. - Knowledge of continuous data pipelines and protection. - Familiarity with cloud platforms, API/SFTP/HTTP protocols, OAuth, and integration tools (Boomi/MuleSoft). **Required Education & Certifications** - Degree in Engineering, Information Systems, or related technical field. - ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and Certified Application Developer (CAD) certifications. - Experience with concurrency, workload isolation, and multi-cloud platform support. - Expertise in data mapping and integration best practices.
