Partners closely with sales leadership and cross‑functional marketing teams, manages event portfolios, co‑marketing with technology partners, and oversees budget and performance metrics. **Expectations:** - Deliver quarterly pipeline and revenue goals through targeted marketing initiatives. - Achieve defined KPIs for lead generation, event attendance, and conversion rates. - Maintain stakeholder alignment and clear communication of program value. - Manage the regional field‑marketing budget efficiently and transparently. - Travel up to 25% for on‑site event support and partner engagements. **Key Responsibilities:** 1. Develop and execute the Canada field‑and‑channel marketing plan aligned with sales objectives. 2. Design, launch, and measure integrated campaigns (in‑person events, webinars, roundtables, industry shows, partner co‑marketing). 3. Coordinate pre‑ and post‑event strategies, lead routing, and follow‑up processes with sales. 4. Manage event logistics, on‑site execution, and post‑event analysis. 5. Cultivate relationships with industry associations and technology partners. 6. Track, analyze, and report on program performance against KPIs and ROI. 7. Align with Sales VPs and Regional Directors to incorporate market trends into marketing tactics. 8. Oversee field‑marketing budget, ensuring cost‑effective spend and compliance. **Required Skills:** - ≥5 years B2B, high‑tech, sales‑aligned marketing experience. - Proven success generating pipeline and accelerating sales cycles. - Strong strategic, analytical, and data‑driven decision‑making abilities. - Excellent project management, multi‑tasking, and organizational skills. - Outstanding written and verbal communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to influence cross‑functional teams and senior sales leadership. - Proficiency with Salesforce.com and Marketo (preferred). - Bilingual: English and French. - Willingness to travel up to 25%. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience). - Relevant marketing certifications (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, or Salesforce) are advantageous but not mandatory.
