Job title: Manager, Enterprise Security Advisors & Architects
Role Summary: Lead and scale a high‑performing presales team of Enterprise Security Advisors and Architects focused on Data Security. Coach the team to deliver executive workshops and act as field CISO advisors, driving customer security maturity in DLP, Insider Risk, and AI Governance, while accelerating strategic sales cycles and influencing product strategy.
Expactations:
- Deliver measurable customer outcomes and pipeline velocity through executive workshops and advisory services.
- Build and maintain a culture of technical excellence, inclusion, and accountability within the team.
- Provide prescriptive guidance on policy, process, controls, and tooling, aligned with leading frameworks and regulations.
- Serve as a key partner to Sales leadership, informing opportunity prioritization and coverage.
- Report and improve on operational KPIs, forecasting, and capacity planning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coach, develop, and manage a presales team, including recruitment, onboarding, 1:1s, and performance reviews.
- Design and deliver executive Data Security workshops covering DLP, Insider Risk, and AI Governance.
- Partner with Sales Leadership and Account Teams to align coverage, prioritize opportunities, and drive pipeline velocity.
- Capture and channel field feedback to Product Management; participate in beta programs and roadmap prioritization.
- Own weekly operating rhythms, forecasting, resource allocation, capacity planning, and KPI reporting.
- Coordinate cross‑functional collaboration with Professional Services, Customer Success, Legal/Compliance, and Partners/SIs to extend program reach.
Required Skills:
- 8–12+ years in Data Security, Information Security, or Risk; 3–5+ years leading technical presales or architecture teams.
- Proven experience conducting executive workshops and advisory engagements in DLP, Insider Risk, and AI Governance.
- Deep knowledge of data security maturity models and mapping to NIST CSF/800‑53, ISO 27001, CIS, SOC 2, and privacy regulations.
- Hands‑on expertise with enterprise data security tooling (DLP, CASB/SSE, DSPM, IRM, SIEM/SOAR, EDR/XDR, cloud‑native controls).
- Strong executive communication, metric setting, forecasting, and operational cadence management.
Required Education & Certifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Recognized security certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, or equivalent) preferred.
