Job Description: **Job title** UX Designer, AI Agents **Role Summary** Design and iterate user interfaces for next‑generation AI‑powered productivity assistants that embed AI agents into daily business workflows. Responsible for creating intuitive, trustworthy, and scalable designs that support enterprise users across Sales, Finance, HR, and Legal. **Expectations** - Deliver high‑quality, visually polished interfaces for web applications. - Rapidly iterate based on user feedback, analytics, and stakeholder input. - Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and UX researchers to validate concepts. **Key Responsibilities** - Create interaction flows, component specifications, and responsive design assets. - Maintain and evolve a unified design system ensuring consistency across the product. - Design motion and micro‑interactions that enhance clarity and delight. - Translate dynamic AI behavior into coherent interface patterns. - Explore opportunities to apply motion tools (Rive, Principle, Framer, etc.). **Required Skills** - 4+ years of Product Design or equivalent experience. - Portfolio demonstrating strong UI, visual hierarchy, typography, and interaction design. - Expertise in interaction design, system design, motion, and prototyping. - Proficient in Figma and responsive web design. - Experience contributing to or maintaining a design system. - Comfortable working through ambiguity; strong collaborative and curious mindset. - Familiarity with AI‑powered tools, intelligent assistants, search, and workflow automation. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human‑Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent professional experience). - Certification in design tools or UX is a plus but not mandatory.
