**Job Title:** Junior Consultant **Role Summary** Provide end‑to‑end support for large transformation and change management projects. Work closely with client leaders and teams to design, plan, and execute initiatives that improve processes, foster adoption, and deliver measurable results. **Expactations** - Operate independently in an international, multicultural environment. - Collaborate with senior consultants to design solutions that balance strategic intent with operational feasibility. - Build and nurture relationships with key decision‑makers to identify and advance new business opportunities. - Deliver clear written and oral presentations to stakeholders at all levels. **Key Responsibilities** - Lead project or program execution, coordinating cross‑functional teams and ensuring milestones are met. - Prepare and run governance meetings, tracking actions and facilitating decisions. - Design implementation scenarios and deployment plans aligned with client objectives. - Develop and implement change management plans, including communication, training, and adoption metrics. - Define performance indicators, monitor progress, and provide insights to drive continuous improvement. - Contribute to business development activities, pitching solutions to large accounts and mid‑market clients. - Participate in internal initiatives that align with personal strengths and career interests. **Required Skills** - Project management fundamentals (scope, schedule, budget, risk). - Change management principles and execution experience. - Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing abilities. - Strategic thinking coupled with operational execution focus. - Adaptability to complex, evolving environments. - Excellent written communication and presentation skills. - Collaborative team player with entrepreneurial mindset. - Proficiency in English (written and spoken) for autonomous work with international clients. **Required Education & Certifications** - Graduate of a top business school, engineering school, or equivalent university program. - Minimum of 1‑2 years of experience in consulting or project‑management roles; preferably within a professional services or corporate environment. - Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, Prince2, or equivalent) are advantageous but not mandatory.
