**Job Title**
Building Thermal and Fluid Engineer
**Role Summary**
Design, size, and optimize HVAC, plumbing, and fluid systems for residential, commercial, and industrial building projects. Perform thermal calculations, energy simulations, and consumption balances while ensuring compliance with thermal and environmental regulations (RE2020, HQE, BREEAM, etc.). Provide technical support to project managers, draft technical notes, and collaborate with architects, owners, and partner engineering offices.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Design, dimension, and optimize HVAC, plumbing, and fluid installations for diverse building types.
- Conduct thermal calculations, energy simulations, and consumption balances.
- Develop innovative technical solutions aligned with current thermal and environmental regulations (RE2020, HQE, BREEAM, etc.).
- Write technical notes, monitor study progress, and provide technical support to project managers.
- Collaborate closely with architects, owners, and partner engineering offices.
**Required Skills**
- Proficiency in thermal calculation and HVAC software (Climawin, Pleiades, Revit MEP, AutoCAD).
- Strong analytical skills for thermal and energy performance assessment.
- Knowledge of thermal and environmental regulations (RE2020, HQE, BREEAM).
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Self‑directed, rigorous, and detail‑oriented approach.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Engineering degree or equivalent in climate engineering, energy, thermal, or fluid engineering.
- Prior experience in a design office, engineering firm, or project management is a plus.
