Job Description
**Job Title** Account Executive **Role Summary** Drive new customer acquisition and ARR growth for a high‑growth SaaS onboarding & employee‑experience platform. The role reports directly to the CRO/CEO and collaborates closely with the sales, product, and partner teams. **Expectations** - >6 years of proven SaaS sales experience, preferably in HR tech. - Self‑driven, organized, data‑driven, and consistently exceeding revenue targets. - Ability to handle inbound and outbound lead pipelines, manage large‑account portfolios, and activate partners to expand the sales pipeline. - Strong interpersonal skills to coach the internal sales team and partner with cross‑functional stakeholders. **Key Responsibilities** - Identify and qualify new business opportunities within the HR SaaS market. - Manage inbound leads through targeted calling and email sequencing. - Use data and analytics to track activity, forecast, and achieve revenue goals. - Own a portfolio of large accounts, driving renewals and upsell opportunities. - Activate and coordinate with channel partners (consultancies, resellers) to grow the pipeline. - Execute outbound prospecting on pre‑identified target accounts. - Present product demos and articulate HeyTeam’s value proposition to prospects. - Create compelling commercial proposals, negotiate terms, and close contracts. - Act as an internal reference for best sales practices and coach peers on effective selling techniques. **Required Skills** - Minimum 6 years SaaS sales experience with a record of meeting/exceeding ARR targets. - Deep familiarity with sales analytics, CRM, and email sequencing tools. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. - Autonomous, highly organized, and able to work in a fast‑paced environment. - Team‑player mindset with coaching and collaboration capabilities. - Ability to quickly learn product features and conduct demos. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent). - Certifications such as Salesforce, HubSpot Sales, or other SaaS sales credentials are a plus but not mandatory.
