**Job Title** Talent Manager – 12‑month Fixed Term Contract **Role Summary** Drive end‑to‑end talent acquisition for a global media organization, ensuring high‑quality, diverse talent pipelines. Partner with hiring managers to design sourcing strategies, manage all stages of the recruitment process, and continuously improve procedures. **Expectations** - Deliver on agreed recruitment metrics and timelines in a fast‑paced, ambiguous environment. - Actively champion diversity, inclusion, and quality of hire. - Maintain strong stakeholder relationships through clear communication and emotional intelligence. **Key Responsibilities** - Partner with hiring managers to clarify role needs and create effective sourcing plans. - Proactively build talent pipelines for critical positions across business lines. - Own full recruitment lifecycle: posting, CV/video screening, interview coordination, assessments, reference checks, negotiations, and offer management. - Keep hiring managers and candidates informed at every stage, ensuring a smooth candidate experience. - Champion diversity and inclusion throughout the process, advising managers when needed. - Serve as the primary user and steward of the recruitment system, ensuring accurate data entry and integrity. - Collaborate with line manager to refine and evolve recruitment procedures. - Support additional talent‑acquisition specialisations as capacity allows. **Required Skills** - 3+ years of agency or in‑house talent acquisition experience. - End‑to‑end recruitment expertise (advertising to offer). - Strong sourcing strategies across multiple activation channels. - Excellent interpersonal, influencing, and communication abilities. - High emotional intelligence and stakeholder‑oriented mindset. - Proven organisation, multitasking, and deadline‑management skills. - Self‑starter who thrives in a collaborative, high‑performance culture. - Innovative thinking and willingness to challenge the status quo. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree (equivalent) in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred. - Professional recruitment or HR certification (e.g., CIPD, SHRM‑CP) is advantageous but not mandatory.
