Job Description
**Job Title** Transmission Design Engineer (Electrical, Civil, or Structural) **Role Summary** Design, analyze, and support high‑voltage (60 kV–500 kV) transmission line projects. Work within multidisciplinary teams to develop engineering drawings, specifications, and technical reports, and provide expertise during construction, commissioning, and maintenance. Evaluate design risks, ensure compliance with safety standards, coordinate with contractors and consultants, and mentor junior engineers. **Expectations** - Deliver accurate, compliant design solutions for transmission infrastructure. - Collaborate effectively across engineering disciplines and with external stakeholders. - Identify and mitigate technical risks, ensuring constructability and safety. - Meet project timelines and budgetary constraints. - Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of industry standards and software tools. **Key Responsibilities** 1. Perform discipline‑specific engineering studies (electrical, civil, or structural) for transmission line projects. 2. Develop engineering drawings, specifications, and technical reports. 3.
