Job Description
**Job Title:** UAT Test Lead **Role Summary:** Leads end‑to‑end User Acceptance Testing for complex, highly integrated projects, ensuring system enhancements and new functionalities are released with minimal customer impact. Collaborates with cross‑functional teams, drives test strategy, and oversees test execution, metrics, and issue resolution in Agile, Waterfall, and iterative environments. **Expectations:** - 8+ years of experience managing UAT as a test lead on large‑scale projects. - Proven ability to work with sales/consumer channel processes and Salesforce platforms (preferred). - Deep understanding of Release & Change Management across Agile/Scrum, Waterfall, and iterative methodologies. - Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder‑management skills at all organizational levels. - Demonstrated teamwork, influence, and ability to drive accountability across geographically dispersed teams. - High customer focus, attention to detail, and capacity to thrive in ambiguous, fast‑paced settings. **Key Responsibilities:** - Facilitate release of system enhancements from development to production. - Design and document release processes to limit customer impact. - Manage full UAT lifecycle: test planning, case/script creation, data setup, execution, and reporting. - Lead cross‑functional teams through release plans, post‑release reviews, and coaching of other PMs. - Review business requirements for testability and develop test strategies, plans, and metrics (SLAs/KPIs). - Create and maintain UAT test data, knowledge repository, and best‑practice templates. - Coordinate smoke testing, sales environment planning, PROD refreshes, and master data flow reviews. - Conduct triage calls, drive issue resolution with IS&T and business partners, and communicate risks. **Required Skills:** - UAT leadership for complex, integrated solutions. - Agile/Scrum, Waterfall, and iterative release/change management expertise. - Salesforce platform experience (preferred). - Test automation framework design knowledge. - Project management fundamentals and lifecycle tools. - Excellent verbal/written communication and facilitation abilities. - Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and multi‑tasking capabilities. - Ability to work with global/offshore teams. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience). - Preferred certifications: ISTQB, PMP, Agile/Scrum (e.g., CSM, SAFe) – not mandatory but advantageous.

**Job Title** ServiceNow Tech Lead/Developer **Role Summary** Lead the design, development, and maintenance of ServiceNow ITSM applications, configuring and customizing platform components and UI to meet business requirements.
