**Job Title:** Product Manager – AI
**Role Summary:**
Leads the strategy, development, and delivery of AI-driven products, focusing on generative AI and image‑related content automation. Acts as the bridge between creative, engineering, and executive teams to drive product vision, roadmap, and execution in a fast‑paced, high‑visibility environment.
**Expectations:**
- 10+ years of product management experience, including ≥3 years in AI/ML, creative tech, or content automation.
- Proven track record with generative AI platforms (e.g., OpenAI, Stability AI, Adobe Firefly) and prompt engineering for image generation.
- Deep understanding of model training pipelines, tagging systems, and metadata management.
- Ability to lead hands‑on delivery amid ambiguity and tight timelines.
- Strong stakeholder management and storytelling skills to align cross‑functional teams.
- Bonus: experience in the utility sector or with Foundry platforms.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap for AI‑powered content automation solutions.
- Prioritize features and manage backlog based on market needs, technical feasibility, and business impact.
- Oversee end‑to‑end product lifecycle, including model training, data tagging, metadata handling, and release planning.
- Conduct prompt‑engineering experiments and optimize generative AI outputs.
- Collaborate with engineers, data scientists, designers, and executives to ensure alignment and timely delivery.
- Translate technical concepts into clear business narratives for internal and external audiences.
- Monitor product performance, gather user feedback, and iterate to improve AI models and user experience.
- Manage external partnerships with AI platform providers and maintain compliance with data and ethical standards.
**Required Skills:**
- Product management (roadmapping, agile/scrum, KPI tracking)
- Generative AI platforms and prompt engineering (OpenAI, Stability, Adobe Firefly)
- AI/ML fundamentals: model training pipelines, data tagging, metadata governance
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities
