Job Description

Job Title: Social Management Controller Role Summary: Collect, analyze, and synthesize workforce and payroll data to enable strategic HR decision‑making and cost optimisation. Produce dashboards, reports and indicators for senior management and social partners, ensuring data integrity and regulatory compliance. Expectations: - 6‑month fixed‑term contract. - 3–5 years of experience in HR, social control, or related functions. - Strong analytical mindset, confidentiality, and teamwork orientation. Key Responsibilities: 1. Design and maintain dashboards tracking social indicators (headcount, turnover, absenteeism, payroll cost, BDESE, NAO, equality index). 2. Prepare financial and workforce projections for negotiations with social partners. 3. Execute ad‑hoc analyses and studies requested by management. 4. Ensure compliance with legal and strategic reporting obligations. 5. Validate and improve data accuracy, consistency, and reporting tools. 6. Contribute to the evolution of the HRIS (SIRH) and reporting capabilities. Required Skills: - Advanced Excel (pivot tables, complex formulas, VBA optional). - Proficiency in HRIS platforms and MS Office suite. - Demonstrated experience in HR or social data reporting. - Strong numerical, analytical and synthesis skills. - Excellent written and verbal communication in French (English preferred). Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s (Bac +3) to Master’s (Bac +5) degree in Human Resources, Social Management Control, Payroll, or equivalent. ---
