**Job Title**: Senior Manager, Talent & Culture
**Role Summary**
Lead the design, execution, and scaling of learning, leadership development, career growth, and culture initiatives for Tinder under the Match Group Talent & Culture umbrella. Act as the bridge between corporate strategy and Tinder’s unique product-driven culture, delivering programs that enhance leadership capability, employee belonging, and career progression while aligning with enterprise-wide talent priorities.

- Deliver high-impact, scalable talent solutions in a fast‑moving, cross‑functional environment.
- Collaborate closely with People Business Partners, functional leaders, and ERG representatives to embed values, inclusion, and growth culture.
- Manage multiple initiatives with limited resources, prioritizing effectiveness and measurable outcomes.
- Maintain a strong connection to both corporate talent strategy and Tinder’s brand‑specific needs, ensuring programs resonate with team dynamics and business goals.
**Key Responsibilities**
1. **Learning & Development Strategy**
- Define priority skill sets and design targeted learning offerings for Tinder.
- Create scalable, self‑serve toolkits; facilitate leadership development and team‑effectiveness sessions (DiSC, design thinking).
- Partner with People Business Partners to identify and close capability gaps.
2. **Career Growth & Talent Development**
- Revamp internal career pathways, job ladders, and role expectations.
- Embed career frameworks into talent conversations and reviews.
- Provide manager training on career progression, compensation transparency, and market benchmarks.
3. **Values & Culture Building**
- Embed Tinder values throughout onboarding, leadership training, and recognition programs.
- Collaborate with ERG leaders to design inclusive experiences.
- Support cultural rituals (huddles, offsites) and lead engagement survey action planning.
4. **Enterprise & Brand Collaboration**
- Localize Match Group corporate talent programs for Tinder.
- Identify Tinder‑originated programs for cross‑brand scaling.
- Apply change‑management principles to ensure adoption across global teams.

**Required Education & Certifications**

- 7+ years of talent development, learning, or HR experience, including senior program management.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP, Korn Ferry, ATD Certified Professional) preferred but not mandatory.
