Job Title: Salesforce Developer
Role Summary: Senior Salesforce developer with 8+ years of experience building scalable solutions on the Salesforce platform, specializing in Lightning UI, Apex, Visualforce, REST/SOAP APIs, and Web technologies. Proven record in test‑driven development, quality assurance, and smooth deployment across staging and production environments. Expertise in integrating Salesforce with external systems via real‑time, batch, and async mechanisms using MS .Net and C#.
Expectations: Execute all phases of the Salesforce development life cycle – design, code, test, debug, package, and deploy. Deliver high‑quality, maintainable code that follows platform governor limits and industry best practices. Lead or mentor junior developers, ensure adherence to coding standards, and maintain comprehensive documentation. Collaborate closely with QA, operations, and business stakeholders to meet functional and technical requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop Apex classes, triggers, Visualforce pages, and Lightning components (Aura/LWC).
- Implement RESTful services, integrate with external systems (MS .Net/C#, third‑party APIs), and manage batch/async processes.
- Write comprehensive test classes achieving coverage targets and ensure robust error handling.
- Use change sets, packages, and deployment tools to move solutions across development, testing, and production environments.
- Configure declarative features: validation rules, workflow, Process Builder, assignment rules, custom reports, and dashboards.
- Monitor and optimize Salesforce governor limits, troubleshoot performance issues, and participate in release planning.
- Maintain technical documentation, coding guidelines, and solution architecture diagrams.
Required Skills: Apex, Visualforce, Lightning (Aura & LWC), JavaScript, CSS, HTML, XML, REST/SOAP APIs, Salesforce CLI, change sets, Salesforce API framework, test‑driven development, strong debugging, SDLC best practices. Proficiency in MS .Net/C# integration, understanding of Sales Cloud and other core clouds, and experience with deployment automation. Knowledge of Salesforce governor limits and security best practices.
Required Education & Certifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
