**Job Title:** Third Party Risk Associate **Role Summary:** Support the Third-Party Risk Manager to develop and implement operational due diligence programs, assess vendor risks, and streamline risk management processes. Collaborate with internal departments and external vendors to identify, evaluate, and mitigate operational risks. Drive automation and continuous improvement in third-party risk management frameworks. **Expectations:** Demonstrate a risk-focused, value-add approach; develop and maintain internal/external relationships to identify latent risks; apply critical thinking to optimize processes; manage multiple projects efficiently while solving complex problems; uphold ethical standards; and use intellectual curiosity to address high-priority risks. **Key Responsibilities:** 1. Develop and implement operational due diligence programs for vendor evaluation. 2. Collaborate with stakeholders to conduct comprehensive vendor risk assessments. 3. Oversee the full vendor risk lifecycle, from identification to remediation. 4. Manage third-party risk management systems and automate reporting/processes. 5. Foster ongoing relationships with stakeholders and service providers to enhance risk insights. 6. Support cross-functional teams in third-party risk initiatives. 7.
