Job Description
**Job Title** Regional Director (M/F) **Role Summary** Lead the regional business unit to achieve growth, profitability, and operational excellence. Drive strategy, coordinate cross‑functional teams, manage budgets, and serve as the primary liaison between the region, corporate leadership, clients, and institutional partners. **Expectations** - Demonstrate strategic leadership that aligns with corporate commercial goals. - Deliver measurable sales performance, margin improvement, and market share gains. - Build and motivate high‑performance teams, ensuring safety, cohesion, and skills development. - Represent the company at client and stakeholder meetings, negotiating contracts and securing long‑term relationships. **Key Responsibilities** 1. **Strategic Planning & Execution** – Define and implement a regional strategy, identify growth opportunities, and translate them into actionable plans. 2. **Communication & Coordination** – Maintain continuous communication with corporate sales, activity hubs, and expertise centers; act as the voice of the region in client interactions. 3. **Performance Management** – Lead regional sales reviews, track KPIs (conversion rate, profitability, occupancy), and recommend corrective actions. 4. **Negotiation & Representation** – Negotiate client contracts in partnership with corporate sales; represent the region at institutional forums. 5. **Budget Oversight** – Create, monitor, and control the regional budget; set ambitious yet attainable financial targets. 6. **Project Oversight** – Ensure daily project monitoring, optimize work‑load planning and staff utilization. 7. **Reporting** – Prepare and update dashboards for corporate leadership to support transparent performance tracking. 8. **Team Development** – Recruit, onboard, and coach activity managers; foster a culture of safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement. **Required Skills** - Strong leadership and team‑building abilities. - Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. - Proven ability to develop and execute commercial strategy. - Proficient in performance metrics analysis and corrective action planning. - Solid budgeting and financial acumen. - Project management experience in an industrial environment. - Fluency in French (required) and English at B2 level (oral and written). - Proactive, results‑oriented mindset with a high degree of professionalism. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree or higher (Bac+5) – Engineering Generalist or equivalent. - Significant experience in a comparable regional director or senior sales leadership role within the industrial sector. - English proficiency B2 (oral and written).
