Job Title: Business System Analyst
Role Summary
Lead backlog refinement, execution, and delivery within a cross‑functional Agile Project Squad, translating business requirements into technical solutions for enterprise‑wide personalization initiatives. Serve as a liaison between technology delivery, product partners, and business stakeholders, ensuring alignment on scope, quality, and compliance.
Expectations
- 8+ years of business analysis experience in large enterprise environments (preferably financial services).
- 1–2 years of hands‑on planning and analysis for system changes and enhancements.
- Proven track record in digital/marketing/GTM/sales domains.
- Strong cross‑functional collaboration with business users and external vendors.
- Familiarity with Adobe MarTech stack (AJO, RT‑CDP, AEM), Pega CDH, and Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Basic knowledge of Jira, Confluence, and Agile practices.
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills; ability to interface with technical and business audiences at all levels.
- Self‑directed, organized, and able to manage multiple high‑scale initiatives concurrently.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate backlog grooming, UAT planning, and sprint execution.
- Conduct requirements workshops with stakeholders, converting insights into use cases, business rules, user stories, sequence diagrams, and process flows.
- Analyze current business processes, define operational objectives, and identify improvement opportunities.
- Design and recommend system modifications, controls, and procedures; document and update protocols.
- Monitor project progress, track activities, resolve blockers, and produce status reports.
- Lead day‑to‑day operational activities, ensuring adherence to risk appetite and compliance frameworks.
- Drive a risk‑aware culture, communicating controls and ensuring effective business controls across the team.

- System improvement, control recommendation, and procedure documentation.

Required Education & Certifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
- No additional certifications required.
