**Job Title:** Head of Integrations **Role Summary:** Lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of all third‑party integration solutions for a SaaS AI platform. Job Title: Compliance Analyst Role Summary Lead the operational execution and continuous improvement of ISO/IEC 27001:2022, SOC 2 Type II, and CMMC Level 1 information security compliance programs. Ensure audit defensibility, proportional compliance processes, and effective stakeholder coordination across Security, Procurement, Legal, and Engineering functions. Expectations - Maintain audit‑ready status while scaling compliance practices with business growth. - Deliver timely, accurate audit evidence and remediate findings to close nonconformities. - Collaborate cross‑functionally to embed governance, risk, and compliance controls throughout the organization. Key Responsibilities 1. **Compliance Programme Management** - Operate and update the ISO/IEC 27001 ISMS. - Support SOC 2 Type II and CMMC 1.0 ongoing compliance. - Manage compliance calendars, testing cycles, and control monitoring. - Coordinate external audits, including ISO surveillance, SOC 2, and CMMC engagements. 2. **Control Monitoring & Evidence Management** - Perform periodic control checks; collect, validate, and organize audit evidence. - Track nonconformities, findings, and corrective actions to closure. - Escalate material control gaps or risks to Information Security Manager. 3. **Third‑Party Risk & Supplier Due Diligence** - Design and operate tiered supplier due diligence model. - Work with Procurement to issue and audit questionnaires/documentation. - Conduct contextual risk assessments and provide compliance sign‑off. - Collaborate with Legal on contractual or regulatory reviews. 4. **Process Design & Scalability** - Formalize repeatable compliance workflows that scale with growth. - Identify automation opportunities to reduce manual effort. - Maintain and evolve risk register and remediation tracking processes. - Support awareness and training initiatives to enhance compliance maturity. Required Skills - Proven experience in information security compliance, IT audit, or GRC. - Working knowledge of ISO/IEC 27001:2022 and SOC 2 Trust Services Criteria. - Experience supporting audits and managing evidence collection. - Strong organizational, documentation, and stakeholder coordination abilities. - Ability to translate regulatory requirements into actionable business processes. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Required Education & Certifications - Bachelor’s degree in Information Security, Risk Management, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience). - ISO 27001 Internal Auditor certification (desired). Additional Desired Experience (non‑essential) - SaaS or cloud‑based environment exposure. - Familiarity with CMMC, NIST SP 800 frameworks, ISO 31000, NIST RMF, or FAIR. - Experience with GRC platforms (Drata, Vanta, Secureframe). - Exposure to AWS security controls.
