Job Description
**Job Title** Data Analyst **Role Summary** Analyst in Clinical Safety Analytics Associate role, supporting pharmacovigilance (PV) Center of Excellence. Responsible for extracting, cleaning, analyzing, and visualizing clinical and safety data to generate evidence and support regulatory and business decisions. **Expectations** - Hybrid work: 50% onsite at company location. - Willingness to attend in‑person interview and onsite work. - Eligible for W2 employment. **Key Responsibilities** - Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (data engineers, clinicians, business stakeholders) to gather requirements. - Clean, transform, and preprocess data from clinical trials, electronic health record (EHR) systems, and other healthcare databases. - Design and implement data analysis plans for clinical and safety questions. - Apply analytical/statistical techniques (regression, survival analysis, etc.) to derive insights. - Create effective visualizations and dashboards using Tableau or Qlik. - Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation to communicate findings to technical and non‑technical audiences. - Maintain compliance with drug safety regulatory requirements and best practices. **Required Skills** - 4+ years of data analysis experience, preferably in biopharma or life sciences. - Advanced proficiency in SQL; substantial experience in Python, R, or SAS. - Intermediate to advanced skill in Tableau or Qlik. - Strong statistical knowledge (regression, survival analysis, etc.). - Excellent problem‑solving, communication, and presentation skills. - Detail oriented with high accuracy in data handling. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Biostatistics, Analytics, Engineering, or related discipline (Master’s preferred).
